Betsy Corona · Brand-to-demand marketing
Senior Brand Marketing Specialist building the AI-powered systems and measurement workflows that connect brand work to pipeline — even when last-click attribution won't count it.
Campaign reporting was manual and slow, and the tools that would normally close that gap — like Adobe CJA — sat outside my access. Insight needed a faster read on campaign performance, without waiting on a data team.
An AI agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio, orchestrated with Power Automate, that pulls and interprets campaign performance on demand — no engineering ticket required. Self-taught, built from the marketing side of the table.
No CDP or Customer Journey Analytics access meant brand campaign impact on search behavior had no clean way to get measured or reported monthly.
A recurring workflow pulling BrightEdge and Google Search Console data, filtered and structured by hand, then run through an LLM to surface trends and generate a monthly brand-impact report. I also partner quarterly with our Content Specialist to select branded keywords for the Web team's SEO strategy.
Events had budget and energy behind them but no consistent way to say what they were worth — every event judged on its own terms, and leads moving from badge scan to CRM inconsistently.
Co-designed a standardized North America event scorecard with the Global Events Manager, turning event performance into something comparable and defensible in a budget conversation. I also run event lead operations directly — list cleanup, Marketo program setup, and sync to Salesforce — on a regular cadence.
End-to-end execution across paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), brand and demand programs, and partner/co-marketing initiatives — built and managed in Marketo and Salesforce, with regular A/B testing on subject lines and messaging.
Co-manage the paid media agency relationship on the reporting and performance side, weighing in on budget allocation alongside the Sr. Manager who owns final spend decisions.
